Agasti makes an independently rim mounted secondary seal that has developed itself into the leading design for secondary tank seals. Its design is based on compression plates pushing wiper rubber against the tank shell. As the seal design has no complex moving parts it will not encounter problems as a result of corrosion or any other hazards a connecting seal performance through me. Each ATW seal will be specially engineered and manufactured to the tank involved, making sure the seal will be able to deal with both the product stored as well as with the particular dimensional and design aspects of this tank. Behind the compression plates, fully shielded from weather exposure, is a continuous vapour barrier ensuring excellent vapour tightness.
Our secondary seal systems are custom-designed for external floating roof tanks (EFRTs) and internal floating roof tanks (IFRTs), ensuring compatibility with tank size, roof movement, and product type. The vapour barrier is made from materials such as PTFE, polyurethane, and NBR for long-term durability and performance. We have Rigid type secondary seal system as well as gasketed type secondary seal system also we provide wiper seal as per client requirement.
